q       Book/arrange for transportation for bride, groom, wedding party, and immediate family to ceremony and reception

q       Book/arrange for bride and groom’s post-reception getaway vehicle

q       Book/arrange for transportation for immediate family and wedding party after reception

q       Send signed contract and deposit for transportation

q       Make arrangements for someone to drive bride’s and/or groom’s car(s) home after reception, if necessary

q       Book shuttle service to make no local guest from hotel to ceremony and reception and back to hotel, if desired

q       Provide drivers with all necessary directions, addresses, and contact numbers

q       Confirm all transportation arrangements

q       Have any personal cars being used on wedding day washed so that they’re nice and shiny for the event
