wedding
35. Give site coordinator arrival times for all service
providers
36. Give cake topper to cake designer/banquet manager,
if you've obtained from a different source
37. Give cake-cutting knife and toasting glasses to
site coordinator/caterer
38. Ask caterer/site coordinator to have cake topper
packed up for you, if yours to keep
39. Inform caterer/site coordinator of any cake-related
elements that must be returned to cake designer, if applicable
40. Arrange for friend or family member to return any
items that must go back to cake designer, if applicable
41. Ask friend or family member to take top tier of
wedding cake home and freeze for you - and to take cake topper home, if
applicable
42. Arrange to have groom's cake cut in slices and
boxed for favors, if desired
43. Make arrangements to have some food packed up for
you and groom to enjoy later, in case you don't eat much during the party
44. Rope off any "off-limits" areas, if having an at-home
wedding
45. Put away any breakable or valuable items, if having
an at-home wedding
