ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Available items usually ships within 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service and require a signature at the time of delivery. No package will be left at the place of delivery unless it is signed for. Shipping with no signature request is possible upon customer request, however, we are not responsible for packages shipped with no signature request. Orders with
chocolate are shipped in insulated boxes with Cryopak ice packs, during the
summer months.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express and Discover. We also accept checks and money orders.
RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
If we made a printing error, the product will need to be returned to us. All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will either reprint your order to your specifications, or refund the purchase price. If you paid with a credit card, we will credit your card for the amount of the purchase in a timely manner, or issue a refund check if paid by money order or check. No refunds are given past 30-days of purchase date.
